All prices listed on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership of Images

All photographs, images, digital files, edited content, raw files, behind-the-scenes content, video footage, reels, graphics, creative concepts, and any other assets created, produced, or delivered by FixYourIG Dating Photography ("Content") remain the exclusive intellectual property of D Vader & T Yeung trading as FixYourIG Dating Photography at all times.

This includes but is not limited to:

•       Finished edited photographs delivered to the client

•       Unedited raw image files

•       Video footage, reels, or short-form content

•       Presets, editing styles, and post-processing workflows

•       Creative concepts, mood boards, shot lists, and session plans

•       Any derivative works created from the above

By engaging our services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use delivered images for your own personal dating profile and social media use only. This licence does not transfer ownership of the Content to you and does not grant any commercial rights.

You must not, without our prior written consent:

•       Sell, license, or transfer images to any third party

•       Use images for commercial purposes, advertising, or publications

•       Alter, crop, filter, or modify delivered images in a way that materially changes the work

•       Remove or obscure any watermarks or metadata

5. Client Responsibilities
